My
story.

01 / 07
Where it began
Burewala, Punjab
Where it began Burewala, Punjab

I'm from Burewala, Punjab — and I started the way a lot of good IT people start: alone, with everything broken and nobody else to call.

IT roots Family

IT runs in my family. My cousins and relatives work across the field — from IT management to cyber security — and we have our own computer college, where I studied computer courses that gave me a strong base in IT.

Mar 2023 Fine Packages · Lahore

In March 2023 I became the only IT person for an entire industrial site at Fine Packages in Lahore. Network, servers, cameras, ERP, emails, procurement — if it had a cable or a login, it was mine. I redesigned that infrastructure from the ground up.

2025 The Hexaa

From there I moved to The Hexaa, a software house and gaming studio, where I led AI automation and deployments alongside core IT.

Oct 2025 Terafort

In October 2025 I joined Terafort, a gaming and mobile apps studio — and five months later I was promoted to Senior IT Executive & DevOps Engineer.

Today Head of IT

Today I head the whole IT department: cloud, DevOps and IT operations for 200+ users, 100+ developers on my self-hosted GitLab, and analytics for 200+ apps and games.

Alongside Winterland · BBIT

Alongside, I consult on networks for Winterland Pakistan, and I'm completing my BBIT at Virtual University of Pakistan (final semester).

Things I
built.

09 projects
01 · DevOps100+ devs

Self-Hosted GitLab on AWS

Deployed and manage a self-hosted GitLab instance on AWS serving 100+ developers — repositories, projects, CI/CD pipelines and user access — running at under $100/month (optimised to ~$70/month), instead of paying per-seat SaaS pricing.

02 · DevOps · Observability200+ apps

Prometheus Dashboard

Data analytics and monitoring dashboard covering 200+ apps and games, aggregating Google Play Console and other platforms via BigQuery. Hosted on AWS (EC2, RDS), provisioned with Terraform, visualised in Grafana, with CI/CD and Discord notifications.

03 · LLMOpsLive now

LiteLLM Gateway + MCP

Deployed LiteLLM as the central LLM gateway for API key, budget and model-routing management, and built custom MCP server connectors integrating internal tools with Claude AI workflows.

04 · DevSecOps200+ users

Firewalls, VPN & VLANs

Own the network security layer across sites: pfSense firewall policies, MikroTik routing, VLAN segmentation, site-to-site and remote-access VPN tunnels, and Ruckus wireless — keeping 200+ users connected and segmented safely.

05 · Remote Access

RDP Server Infrastructure

Built and administered the RDP (Remote Desktop) server environment used for centralised application and ERP access — user provisioning via Active Directory, session management, and day-to-day support for staff connecting from across the site. Later administered Windows Server / RDP environments again at The Hexaa and Terafort.

06 · Infrastructure

Industrial Site Rebuild, Fine Packages

Rebuilt the site network from scratch: MikroTik routing with hotspot logins authenticated through RADIUS, analogue and IP cameras recording to DVR/NVR, and centralised access through the RDP server and Active Directory.

07 · LLMOps · AI Automation

n8n Workflows @ The Hexaa

Led AI automation at a software house / gaming studio: built AI workflows and automations with n8n and agentic AI tools for the studio's games and web projects, and deployed and maintained the servers and hosting behind them (GitHub / GitLab).

08 · Spend

Subscriptions & Cost Management

Manage the full subscription stack for a 200-user studio: SaaS and AI tool subscriptions, Cloudflare, Google Workspace, and Brex corporate cards — plus LLMOps cost control through the LiteLLM gateway.

App & Game Deployment Pipelines

CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI/CD and GitHub Actions deploying Django and Next.js apps and games to AWS and Vercel — plus domains and hosting across Namecheap and GoDaddy, and the company website build.

Oct 2025 – Present ● Current

Senior IT Executive & DevOps Engineer

Terafort Limited — Gaming & Mobile Apps Studio
Joined as IT Executive (Oct 2025) → promoted after 5 months (Mar 2026) → now heads the whole IT department.
Head the whole IT department and own cloud, DevOps and end-to-end IT operations for 200+ users.
Deploy and administer a self-hosted GitLab on AWS with custom domain and SSL, cost-optimised to ~$70/month.
Build CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI/CD and GitHub Actions deploying Django and Next.js apps and games to AWS and Vercel.
Administer multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) alongside on-prem servers, VMs and Active Directory.
Manage pfSense firewall policies, MikroTik routing, VLANs, VPN tunnels and Ruckus wireless access points.
Deployed LiteLLM as the central LLM gateway and built custom MCP connectors for Claude AI workflows.
Manage SaaS, AI, Cloudflare and Google Workspace spend, including Brex corporate card administration.

How I
work.

01
Automate it or it doesn't scale.
If I do it twice, a pipeline, script or workflow does it the third time.
02
Cost is a feature.
Every tool and subscription has to earn its cost. I spend company budget as carefully as my own.
03
Calm in incidents.
Production problems get logs, evidence and a fix — not panic.
04
Own it end to end.
Procurement, vendors, deployment, support — one person accountable, nothing dropped.
05
Document and hand over.
Systems should survive my day off: dashboards (Grafana), alerts (Discord), and written runbooks.
06
Users first.
200+ people depend on my systems daily; their work staying unblocked is the real uptime metric.
